Hibachi
- Hibachi ChickenHibachi chicken is the dish most Tokyo Grill regulars order first: diced chicken seared hard on a flat-top griddle, tossed with vegetables, and served over rice.
- Hibachi SteakHibachi steak is our heartier griddle plate — sliced steak seared fast so the outside caramelizes while the inside stays tender.
- Hibachi ShrimpHibachi shrimp cooks in a couple of minutes on a hot griddle, which is exactly why it belongs on a made-to-order menu.
- Hibachi CombosCombination plates let you put two proteins on one order instead of choosing between them.
- Hibachi VegetablesGrilled vegetables come standard on our hibachi plates, and you can order them on their own too.
Bowls & Plates
- Fried RiceFried rice is the base of most Tokyo Grill plates, cooked on the same griddle as your protein.
- White RicePrefer something plainer under your hibachi? Steamed white rice is available on any plate.
- Teriyaki ChickenOur teriyaki chicken is finished with a house-brewed teriyaki sauce made from natural ingredients rather than a bottled glaze.
- Teriyaki BowlOur teriyaki bowl puts rice, vegetables and teriyaki-glazed protein into a single container.
- Rice BowlsA rice bowl is the same food as a hibachi plate in a format that is easier to carry.
- Hibachi NoodlesNoodles are the standard alternative to rice on a hibachi plate.
Sushi & Sides
- Sushi RollsSome Tokyo Grill locations round out the hibachi menu with sushi rolls.
- California RollThe California roll is where most people start with sushi, and it is a common add-on to a hibachi order.
- Egg RollsEgg rolls are the classic side order to round out a hibachi plate.
- Crab RangoonCrab rangoon is a familiar appetizer that shows up on several of our location menus.
- Soup & SaladSoup and salad are the lighter sides on the menu.
Sauces
- Signature White SauceIf there is one thing regulars will not order without, it is the white sauce.
- House Teriyaki SauceOur teriyaki sauce is brewed in house from natural ingredients rather than poured from a bottle.
- Ginger SauceGinger sauce is the sharp, bright option when white sauce feels too rich.
- Spicy MayoSpicy mayo is the easiest way to add heat to a hibachi order.
- Yum Yum SaucePlenty of people search for "yum yum sauce" and mean the creamy hibachi sauce served at Japanese grills.
Dietary
- Gluten-Free OptionsBecause everything is cooked to order, you can adjust a hibachi plate more than you can at most fast-casual restaurants.
- Vegetarian OptionsA vegetable hibachi plate is a real meal here, not an afterthought side.
- Low-Carb HibachiOrdering hibachi low-carb is mostly a matter of swapping the rice.
- Kids' MealsHibachi is an easy sell with kids: grilled chicken, rice, and a sauce they can dip into.
- Allergen QuestionsIf you have an allergy, the fastest answer comes from the store that will cook your food.
