Hibachi Steak at Tokyo Grill
Hibachi steak is our heartier griddle plate — sliced steak seared fast so the outside caramelizes while the inside stays tender.
Steak is cooked in small batches on the flat-top so nothing sits and dries out. It comes with fried rice and grilled vegetables, and pairs naturally with both white sauce and our house teriyaki. If you cannot decide, the steak and shrimp combination gives you both proteins on one plate.
