Our teriyaki sauce is brewed in house from natural ingredients rather than poured from a bottle.
That is why the teriyaki chicken tastes the way it does: the sauce reduces onto the protein on the griddle instead of coating it cold. It is sweeter and deeper than the white sauce, and the two are frequently ordered together.
